Wow, talk about striking a nerve. Maybe you better get in touch with those securities lawyers that you like to quote. You need to ask them about your exposure under that law.

While you are at it, you might ask about your ESXS difficulties as well.

Well, hey there Mr. tout. Not only are you a multiple offender of the Terms of Use, but you are also a multiple breaker of the law. And you claim to be a professional in the business? Wonder how kindly the SEC will look upon you when they finally catch up with you. But then, you have nothing to worry about because those laws don't apply to you, do they?
