I flipped a couple of E-mini's from the low tonight using LW and was not happy. The bids hit the boards fairly fast (less than 10 sec) but the fills took 15 minutes to report. I couldn't be sure until the fills got back that it was actually me on the board. Their service has been on a down hill slide for months now.

Sounds like the problem the other person was having.

See if you can check with people who tried to make a mini trade around the same times but with other firms. If they had no problem then it may be the run around that you are getting.

Of course, the easiest thing to do is just change to another house, perhaps you can run out of two firms at the same time for a test period.
