That dude from Alabama said "...somebody told us Wall Street fell, but we were so poor we couldn't tell..." so I don't think quite everyone was in...also weren't the margin requirements like 10% or something back then, so buying GE was almost like gambling on pork belly futures when you're 90% leveraged !!!! Bottom Line...I think we have reason to be concerned (and Al is taking it upon himself to be concerned for us...what a guy), but I think it is too simple an argument that doesn't consider all the reasons why maybe it really is "different this time".... OK, that should pretty much guarantee a major crash.... jajajajajajajaja Jimbo.
