Rick, Are you aware that Bank of America has it's own in-house secure transaction department for transactions inside California. They also have a partner agreement / binding contract with Checkfree as their payment processing provider outside California. B of A is also a member of the Integrion Financial Network through which they can route secure e-bills and e-payment. B of A also can receive e-bills from CKFR and Transpoint also, I believe. Where does ZIXIT fit in the scheme of things? Dave
