That is a Wholesale Reseller/Agent agreement referenced there. This would explain how DEAO/Panamigroup has so many other ISP's sharing the same numbers they have posted. unbound.com

Looking around that site you can find:
Virtual ISP - How would you like to sell Internet Access (like AOL and MSN) but have better service using the top Business networks (Not like AOL) in the country? You could make $70 to $100 per client per year! And all you would have to do is hand out CD-ROM's with your company's name and information. As far as the client knows....you have a server in your local town and they'll think you run it also. Turn key operation with 24-hour telephone tech support included. unbound.com

Through our Virtual Internet Service Provider (VISP) program, we structure resale agreements with organizations and businesses that allow those entities to appear to the "world" as fully functional ISP's. In fact, all our VISP resellers need to provide is sales and marketing effort. We provide the Network, POPs, Servers (both mail & news) and technical support that includes a custom voice mail system and operators that answer the phone using the name of the VISP. http://www.unbound.com/excalibur/virtualisp.html "Hello, DEAO. How may I direct your call?" Hahahaha.

Illusion is everything. "Due to our recent expansion into the national ISP market we have made some dramatic increases in the size and complexity of our server array." Hahahahaha. panambancorp.com

And so....? Colleen, I am not sure why you are posting this information to me unless it is because you are evading JT questions. Or perhaps it is your siren* duty to utter a siren song** to lure me from lurkdom. No matter. As long as you continue to nurture this need of yours to cut and paste from RB, how about posting the link to the post that contains a copy of PABN's contract with Unbound (or whatever) that will substantiate this "fact."

In the meantime, let me enlighten you (edit: and jhild) to the fact that revenues for ISP's are not limited to subscription fees.
