OT: "Are you to stand in front of God and the SEC and swear that the Nevada record is in error with respect to your involvement with a company that you have admitted being involved with? If their record is in error, just which part of their record is in error? The only things correct on that record are the name of the company, the file number, Mr. Caldwell as president and CEO, Mr. Bell as a director (but he is not the treasurer). The rest, including the company's address is incorrect. The correct information is on the company's web site and one hopes it will soon be on the Nevada web site, but don't hold your breath.
