Jill, strictly boomers are over 50 now
boomlets are over 45 to 50
I dont make the rules
anyone younger is not boom anything
heavily researched, sorry
check the demographic charts to confirm
plenty of people between 38 and 45
but they are not a blip on demo chart
I am 47 and at tail end of boomers
my parents waited seven years after WW2
grad school for daddy got in the way
baby boom blip is a monstrous anomaly

this boomer speaking is not working until 60
no way, jake
heading for Mediterranean, Caribbean, and the lure of Scandinavian blondes
must pursue my sordid interests
/ Jim

Baby boomers, a bit of arcana:

The modal year for baby boomers is 1957, so the highest number of baby boomers are now 42 years old. Much older than we are, Jill. :)
