My thoughts are slightly different, however I do not know the structure. If TSIS is selling directly to the 3rd parties, who they are marketing through is irrelevant. The accounts receivable would grow (working capital) and the credit risk may come in via a new customer base. Not knowing the quantity or quality of potential customers makes this a difficult call.
