Jr, I have no immediate thoughts on that very disturbing article. I need to digest it. . . .like tonights turkey dinner with all the trimmings.

First thought is that America is plainly unprepared to defend itself against such a potentially aggressive world power as China. It is unthinkable. And if they are as trigger happy as they would like the world to believe, then the problem is not so much an American one, as it is a global one.

Ask me about this one again in a day or two. . . I really do need time to consider ramifications it further.

Jr, I have known about that for some time. As I mentioned before, China thinks it has the right to rule all of Southern Asia, and that also includes Japan. (they do owe Japan some payback for being occupied) The truth is the US military could wipe the strategic elements of the Chinese military off the face of the earth in a few hours, if it wanted to. The problem is the current administration has bent over backwards to make nice to them, just about saying, go ahead, take Taiwan.
If US assets were attacked, I would think our response would be
devastating to say the least. We have the delivery systems, they really do not have any strategic intercontinental delivery system, other than a terrorist action of some sort.

My guess is nothing will happen anytime soon, except for more military/industrial complex funding, on both sides.

Maybe that is one of the reasons I like INVN?
