JY., Its long promised but nonexistent first product (ZixMail) is still not operational, yet Cook has the audacity to draw analogy of ZixMail's popularity to RNWK's Real Player, IBM/Lotus' Notes. When asked about the glitches that delay ZixMail's release, the company's answer is almost laughable. It's because ZixMail's current platform is not compatible with AOL and hotmail users, blah blah blah, but excuse me, if he believed he could get 35 to 50% of all email users in the world to sign up, shouldn't his third party development team at Lante have thought about platform compatibility with the two most popular email providers? Problems are: (1) Cook doesn't understand the technology, (2) reliance on third party contractors proves to be hazardous, and (3) this ain't video rentals. Regards, Tom
