Rande- re:where the companies make their dough... True, each of these processes may have some patents, but that does not eliminate functionally equivalent patents. Drug companies have the same patents for their drugs, but a lot of them do the same thing. RealNetworks is the standard, and I don't think it is because of their patent... it is because of their marketing. Other players exist with their own patents. One to many and party IP-voicechat does not appear to be a patentable process just like making tissues is not a patentable process. There are just too many 1-1 sites that use the underlying technology already, and they all have different patents. Why not with 1-many and many-many? The underlying technology is no different. Just my opinion. Jon :)
