Right, the poster was paraphrasing it. I haven't received anything yet but someone over on Yahoo posted similarly. Doesn't sound at all attractive to me. I don't know if you've ever followed TLAB but it has an excellent track record and great seasoned management. Wall St. seems to respect them. It's share price has been under pressure lately but what hasn't. Can't imagine why they think shareholders would be vulnerable to such a pitch. It is disconcerting though.
