It could be worse. In October of 1987 after the crash I issued a bunch of limit buy orders for Tuesday morning at below market prices through Charles Schwab. They were so far behind in their paperwork they couldn't tell me which orders filled for two weeks, so I didn't know my position at all, and that was real life.

I still use Schwab, and they are much better now. <VBG>
