It is interesting to note that VXTK added the line "Veronex records the initial license fee as a receivable and anticipates that each strategic alliance partner will generate revenues and cash flow in the future."

So, just how much money, if any, does VXTK actually get for the I|Nova system up front? How does an investor know whether someone who agrees to check it out -- for which VXTK apparently books $1.5M in revenue -- will actually end up trying actively to market it? Lastly, is Tom Price, the inventor of the I|Nova system, still a part of VXTK?

Any idea why there is a block of 200,000 shares being offered for sale below the bid on this dog?
