Heinz,

Concerning SECTOR ROTATION limiting both the upside and downside, I think the best way to explain it is that the market can still trend upwards or downwards, but that it could be minimizing is the chance of a CRASH/UPCRASH.

Hi Heinz, I think sector rotation is just moving bad money from one pocket to the other because you don't have any other money to play with. JMHO.
