Actually, I think we would agree on this. And who's to say that certain set-top boxes couldn't also be tweaked to provide gaming opportunities.

However, game boxes need the ability to deal with keyboards, and maybe one day, voice recognition. Maybe I'm outta date this way, but I think it would be rather difficult to type correspondence with game paddles or a joystick.

Yes,... the TV will be the preferred means for interacting with the Internet, whether that TV is analog, digital, or flat panel.
