tim, I am long cs as stated many times on this thread but I am not nearly as certain of a pending takeover as you are, particularly in light of yesterday and todays sell off. There may be some looming developments that we will be the last to know about being the little guys we are as opposed to the fund managers who always seem to get "the word" just a little sooner than us. If we take another 3/4-1+ hit tommrrow, something may be wrong. Many possible explanations may exist, some of them not terribly important long term, but the last two days sell off is starting to get my attention. Lets hope for all our sakes that we bounce back and, better yet, get bought out this week but I would not count on it.

MSFT, SEBL and CA all in with good earnings tonight. Hope it's good for a little lift tomorrow.
