I don't think MSFT has any knowledge on the outcome of the decision. They may have, however, asked the court to delay today's announcement until after the earnings were released.

Jill, The ruling on the facts was an uncertainty. Everyone expects the worst in Jackson's fact finding. I don't think it will be a totally negative determination. The stock should rally as one additional uncertainty is about to be eliminated.

I am planning to add on any weakness leading up to Jackson's findings.
