Such excited hopes only 8 days ago -- dashed with continued failure to execute.

Message 11510222

"Now lets look at a forecast of what will happen through the rest of the week, if the closing bid stays unchanged from today's close. Ed. note - Start dreaming or grinning now as the case may be.

Date: Closing Bid: Conversion Price: Shares lost each day:

12-Oct 5.3125 4.8764 8,400
13-Oct 5.3125 4.9764 19,400
14-Oct 5.3125 5.0763 18,700
15-Oct 5.3125 5.1920 20,700

In order to not lose shares, the selling coalition will need to drive
the stock to 4 13/16 tomorrow, then to 4 5/8, and hold it there the rest of the week!!!"

Ok - back to reality now.
The excitable klemencic was predicting a conversion price of 5.19 and rising on 10/15. On 10/19 the price is about 40 cents less and falling.

"If the closing bid remains at $4.6875, tomorrow the conversion price will drop to $4.75." Yet another in a 16 month string of poor, money-losing calls.

If the closing bid had remained at 4 11/16. the conversion price would have fallen to 4.75. Alas, it did not; it fell further - to 4 9/16. The conversion price is below 4.75.

Whats more, if the closing bid does not rise to at least 5 3/16 (13.70% higher!!!) tomorrow, the conversion price will fall further tomorrow!

The smoke is getting thicker. TNB announces shipment of laptop lipoly batteries to an OEM and VLNC share price falls further under $5. Where there is smoke, there is fire.

Have you sold yet?

Latest conversion information:

Here are the last ten closing bids and conversion prices:

Date: Closing Bid: Conversion Price:
7-Oct 5.2188 4.8238
8-Oct 5.2188 4.8238
11-Oct 5.3125 4.8343
12-Oct 5.1875 4.8764
13-Oct 4.9063 4.9238
14-Oct 4.6250 4.9238
15-Oct 4.6250 4.9238
18-Oct 4.6875 4.8606
19-Oct 4.6875 4.8133
20-Oct 4.5625 4.7291

The conversion price has dropped to $4.73 today. It will drop again tomorrow,
unless the closing bid rebounds to at least 4 29/32.

The other guy incorrectly says if must rebound above 5 and change. This is another lie.
Well, read his comment yourself, and see:

"Whats more, if the closing bid does not rise to at least 5 3/16 (13.70% higher!!!) tomorrow,
the conversion price will fall further tomorrow!"
