<<No no no... MY drive to work takes 40 minutes, going 70-75 mph. Little confusion going on there, sorry.>>

I'm as confused as a rabbit in a briar patch. East coaster said a 40 minute commute was an urban thing. I fucking explained that a long commute might mean a long distance from the urban area.

1. Neo - a 40 minute commute = 2 blocks.

2. You - a 40 minute commute = 50 miles.

3. I - think you are more urban.

If the traffic on New York Avenue, going into the city, were not so bad, it would take my wife between 45 minutes and an hour to commute to the Dupont Circle area. One Christmas Eve, we saw a movie in the area, and I arrived in 40 minutes, but it was practically dead, and I caught almost all the lights green....However, under rush hour conditions, she drives to a commuter station, takes a train, catches a subway train, and has to walk from the station. Eliminate the last walk, and it would be about an hour and 15 minutes. As it stands, it about an hour and a half.....
