Hi Jack, It looks from a long term graph that SCOPX could stand to have SAFE total be about 20%. You could probably bias it towards accumulation with a Buy Resistance of 5% and Sell set at 15% at this point in time.

It would have used ALL of a 50% Cash reserve in the time frame of this graph:

but I don't know if it needs any more than the Idiot Wave is currently suggesting for Stocks, i.e. 43%.

My Hong Kong fund is currently set at 10% on both the buy and sell sides. I don't get a lot of trading, but it's always profitable.
