Not to be picky but they've been down over 2 1/2 hours now which is much longer than usual suggesting there's probably a serious problem somewhere. Too bad they don't put up some sort of status on the logon screen. The fact that everyone has to call in to find what's going on only exacerbates the telephone overload.
