Not quite IMO, Tom, We are around the high of the open, Not as good, I think.. It works best IMO, if there is a steady uptick to that point.. Kind of like a normal retracement.. Gary Smith mentioned a guy that worked the opposite side by always buying the 11:40 pst low.. made a living on the long side. I still wouldn't initiate a long during that time though. We will watch it today..
