Exciting news, indeed! This is a major event for a small company, removing the sword, as you say, dangling over their heads and fattening their bank accounts with some significant cash!

Thks for the news, CC!

I want to qualify my post about Canaccord not buying or selling any shares last month. A list I have shows that Canaccord Capital Corporation on ASE is Code 035. However, Canada Stockwatch shows them as Code 033. When I reported that Canaccord had not traded last month, I was in error.

So, to make up for my error, here is their position in this company since the start of the year: Note: I pulled this information from Canada Stockwatch, and I cannot verify its accuracy.

----------------Bought ------- Sold -------- Balance

Jan ----------- 148,500 ---- 158,500 ------ (10,000)
Feb ----------- 569,500 ---- 120,000 ------ 449,500
March ---------- 89,000 ---- 150,000 ------ (61,000)
April --------- 459,000 ---- 773,500 ----- (314,500)
May ------------ 42,000 ----- 10,000 ------- 32,000
June ----------- 55,000 ----- 82,000 -------(27,000)
July ---------- 363,218 -- 1,019,718 ------(656,500)
Aug ----------- 108,500 ----- 60,718 ------- 47,782
Sept -------------- nil --------- nil ---------- nil
Oct ----------- 344,500 ----- 563,500 ------(219,000)

Total 2,179,218 Bought in 1999
Total 2,937,936 Sold in 1999

Total Canaccord position is (758,718) Short for 1999.

Now, I recommend that others verify my totals to ensure they are correct. However, if these are true, and Canaccord did not already have a significant Long position entering 1999, then . . . from my un-educated viewpoint our friends from Vancouver need to pick up some shares - and soon! Especially before the news of this award this hits the papers. Press and other investors start understanding what this company is doing and where they are headed!

Did I happen to mention that one of ANC's investor's has sent already sent a summary on the company to the Globe and Mail, and today they told me that they followed up with a message on the court award. Also, isn't Angoss at the Direct Marketing conference where they will be talking about their two new applications. Oh ya, didn't Angoss make mention of a unit of Microsoft using their products. Oh, I could go on and on, but you get the picture.

I believe that the next little while will be pretty interesting!
