Didn't ML do an upgrade on GPS today with a price target of 50. I'm in the other day and planning to hold a bit (40ish level).Should be a good play for a couple reasons; depressed retail overall, to that the holiday seasons coming, to that pretty good numbers from the company. Watched the tape today good action overall, strong into the close.

I wonder if the large blocks are part of the tax loss/performance management selling by funds cleaning things up for yearend. I saw an interesting article awhile back on how 9/30 had become a key date since it was the fiscal yearend for a lot of mutual funds. The slide that started in July kind of bottomed out at the end of September and the article you noted seems to imply we have gotten a trading bounce since them. Oh well, fun to talk about now and then, but glad I don't have to worry about it everyday. Harry
