I guess I should listen to our technical people before playing Bill Gates.

Probably ought to listen to your accountants too. (Maybe Carl Kruse can help you out here?) Bill's stock is hovering around $100/share. John's is under 2cents a share. And Bill has issued 5 times as many shares. So lets see Bill's market cap is $1/2 TRILLION John's market cap is $18 MILLION - on no identifiable net profit from operations, no audited-filed financials, and a litter field of failed initiatives strewn out upon the trail behind.

Ok well let's parse what he said:
By rigorously examining every expenditure to ensure maximum value, we sometimes get so aggressive that we cannot resist expanding our margins at the cost of cutting too deep.

Why not be more precise? Why not discard this mumbo-jumbo revenue enhancement jargon and just use the term cost cutting program ? I mean really, who are you fooling? Mary Feder report to IR stat!

That is what happened this past week when I thought that we had bandwidth sufficient for our newly expanded servers.

Please elaborate on this. What bandwidth did you need? 56Kb wasn't enough to serve up the pages at DEAO? Tell me specifics. How many hits did you get on your pages? 100? or was it 200 for the weekend? How many customers did you really sign up? Was it those 5 or 6 names listed over on RB? Or is the number closer to 2 or 3, meaning a couple of those even are just fibbers?

We are updating our business plan to include many of our findings and while I readily admit that this process has been laborious and painful in many respects, it is something that every company should go through. In a later Chairman's letter, I will detail specific items that we learned and what we are doing to improve our products, delivery systems, management personnel and ultimately our earnings. But as they say "The proof is in the pudding". The best way to share the many improvements is with our earnings results. They will be the judge of our changes.

So say again why you failed to report your earnings? Why have you failed to give another date that you would file your financials by? Why you are making yet again another public statement without discussing financial statement specifics?

Because CodeCare© is literally a new company.

Just how new is this company John? Just how much of Codecare© actually belongs to PABN/PRWT shareholders?

What is the float John?

How many shares are outstanding this month now?

On October 30th, CodeCare© will open at its new location in Norristown, Pennsylvania.

Isn't this where FirstStates Financial is located? So, other than a new name and the potential loss of Digibill how is CodeCare different from what Healthcorp was supposed to be?

Also...... is this yet another subsidiary of PABN/PRWT that has it's own incorporation?

After three months of intensive financials, management and operational review I am proud to announce our new "World Class" medical management company that will now be know as CodeCare©. CodeCare© is the new name replacing PanAmerican Healthcorp.

Just wondering why this new entity is described in this company update and an investor claims to have received faxed material from said new enterprise, yet, the dead link,
panamhealthcorp.com remains on the company web site.

From the September 21st update...

As I mentioned in my last Chairman's letter, we have focused our immediate attention on Healthcorp. We have made significant revisions and I am pleased with the progress.

We have not moved the backroom to Norristown yet, but I anticipate the move happening in early October. Bud Bullock has done a fine job in the restructure of the backroom process, identifying any weaknesses and implementing procedures and processes that will ensure profitability and quality of service. He, along with Ray Gamble, PanAmerican's Chief Marketing Officer, has positioned Healthcorp to be the "premier" medical Management Company on the east coast. Look for more information about the "New Healthcorp" in my next update and on our website.

time to compare..........

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 6, 1998--PanAmerican BanCorp is pleased to announce that it's wholly owned subsidiary, PanAmerican Healthcorp, has been retained by one of New York's largest medical groups to provide third-party billing management services. The medical group manages over 300 doctors and 20 clinics in Nassau, Suffolk and Queens counties.

PanAmerican Healthcorp provides information, management and financial services to the one trillion-dollar healthcare market to fulfill critical needs for both healthcare professionals and consumers. The professional division assists healthcare providers to increase their income in an era of decreasing reimbursements by utilizing the company's sophisticated yet affordable practice management services. The company's consumer division, The Patient Alliance of America, offers patients comprehensive healthcare information and support services, including access to a discount medical network, that can substantially reduce healthcare expenses.

I wonder what became of The Patient Alliance of America?

CodeCare© is implementing a practice management program that not only performs all the required billing functions but also incorporates the most advanced and comprehensive clinical editing technology available.

Ever wonder what clinical editing technology is? Does this mean that there is technology for editing a clinic? Or is there an editing technology condition that requires clinical treatment?

In light of their latest Press Release, where we have some rather questionable reasons given for moving their web page server in house, this looks like a recurring feature.

BTW, note the CodeCare© designation. That was October 20 that John Schmitz issued that statement. Can you guess what? Neither the LOCIS copyright database nor the Trademark/Wordmark database at the US Patent Office as yet lists CodeCare in any form. I think we now know that there never was any application for a copyright, trademark, word mark or service mark submitted for this name. Just a put on job, like saying they had registered in 50 states for stock trading, but had not. It may have been just an inappropriate use of the © to make themselves look important.
