Leah Industries, Inc. Announces Dates for Planned Tender of Commmon Shares
TORONTO & TYUMEN, Russia--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 2, 1999--Leah Industries, Inc. is pleased to annouce the dates for the planned tender of 4 million common shares at $4.00 per share.

Shares may be tendered between January 12, 2000 and February 11, 2000 to the tender agent, who will be American Securities Trust and Transfer company.

If more than 4 million shares are tendered than shares will be taken up on a prorata basis, if less than 4 million shares are tendered management has the option to purchase all shares tendered.

The tender is open to all shareholders with the exception of present and past management.

Dates were chosen to satisfy the many shareholder request in regard to concerns about capital gains.

Shareholders can expect to recieve additional information through the mail in the upcoming weeks.

Kelton, I doubt that the transfer agent will keep us posted as to the number of shares tendered. Maybe you could do a poll to see if we have 4 million shares to remove the option.
