Well, I wouldn't quite go that far! As far as I know, there are still only 3 decent public school districts left in the Bay Area: Piedmont, Palo Alto and Cupertino....

Well, I'd like to know how to figure that one out. I know Palo Alto is the best but after that its debatable. I have a friend who lives in Saratoga and he says they have great schools... Pleasanton says they have great schools. Some are obviously bad like San Jose, Fremont and San Mateo (san mateo county has busing). But at this point I doubt Piedmont or Cupertino is much better than Los Gatos or Pleasanton.
