Pulling some of the older PR's and re-reading them, it seems to be a replay of PABN/PRWT's claims about the PowerX program involving NHLT. The "marketing" of....

But this still makes no sense to just drop Healthcorp from the roster and create a new corporate entity when from what I can gather, they are designed to perform the same tasks.
