Well, logically if the Stop was hit overnight you would get that Fill.

Trouble is, not everyone knows what happened overnight.

Suppose you had a Long with a Stop at 1285, the market ran down there overnight but at 8 AM it recovered to 1290.

What would happen? Who would know if you did not say anything because you did not know?
