"All the news that's fit to print" hey dude there sure ain't much comming out of ASTN. If your bud MST were around he'd say that those forms just mean they are thinkingabout filing and that they have not yet doen so. Guess what? By the same regualtion, if someone files a 144 and does not sell, they have to file a notification after 90 days. Seen any? Did nto think so. There's been a torrential downfall of shares.
