t.v. yeah, yeah---congrats to RFH and all that crap. but what the hell is this about a secret decoder ring. all i got for being a millennium poster is that stupid autographed picture of you picking your nose and drinking beer at the same time. i demand my own decoder ring!!! of course, if LEMONHEAD buys into my last post, he'll probably want to know if i mean north or south decoder!!! grinning in glendale

Hi, Have you caught the action in APCC today. The last month has been surprisingly good for me. Slipped in a sale on COMS. That has been a real AIM surprise for me. I got started at 38 and AIMed it all the way down. It's come up a little and given me two small sells. Even though it is down almost 50 % I am just about even on this one, bought some MRK at 62 now at 79. Bought BEAM at 15 it's now bouncing between 19 and 20. Bought APCC at 17 1/4 and they had a fantastic earnings report. By the way, I had to sell my GSF. I needed to have some losses to reduce my tax liability for next year. GSF and MO from the dogs of the DOW looked like the most likely candidates. It seems to get harder and harder each year to find candidates for tax loss selling. I replaced GSF with FAX currently paying 12.75% dividend. They also came out with a statement that they were committed to holding that dividend for the next year at least. Bernie
