How do you like this explanation for the shares that were paid to the promoters? If true the SEC is not going to like it one bit!!

I agree. I believe those shares are paid by the original regulation S and regulation D shareholders directly. ZSUN probably classified the pay-back as contribution of capital from shareholders. Remember those people paid a dime for each share. 5K shares are just $500. 50K shares are just $5,000. The stock was traded as high as $17. The promotion cost was just a drop in the bucket. The profit is very handsome
