Patrick: I thought your summary was outstanding. I was going to provide a summary (as opposed to previous quarters' near verbatim reports), but you really hit the key points. The only thought that I would add is that this coming quarters sales for PSI will exceed last year's 4Q sales.

The mood in the LSI room was of quiet confidence. There was no need to sell the company's future prospects.

Mike: One of the points that Wilf made at the CC was that Cisco was the largest consumer of FPGA in the world. What does that tell you about who will prevail the ALTRs and XLNXs or LSI? With a cost effective embedded FPGA chip to offer Cisco in 18 months, LSI will be selling an FPGA chip to the largest FPGA consumer in the world.
