BR,here is my TA. Shorts are playing down to the wire.
IBM has the worst scenario (business wise) vs. LU.
It's off from peak 40% and basing after that dramatic
shock. LU from what I heard is in a different scenario
all together and draft into the other 'business'.

How much they really want to risk, "time and money"
depend on how greedy the shorts are? I hope I won't
jinx you guys with my TA. Hey, someday, I'll get it
right, then I'll have my wet-site and get on p2p and b2b
business and make some real money.

Re: " I belive lot of folks that are selling are the ones who bought in anticipation of earnings. SInce there is no movement, they are dumping. These are not what you call smart money."

It is my opinion that insiders from Ascend are selling or will sell into positive earnings. That may be what is keeping the short's around. That and perhaps a negative spin on anticipated layoff? But LU should decrease head count through attrition and it will not effect the bottom line.JMO
