It would appear that there are things being accomplished. Fact or opinion? Sure they have applied for a domain name. Big whoop. What does that cost? $70? Whoopie do. Let's look at another "Keystatesbank.com" fact. There is no registration in processed or in process over the last 18 months that even has the word "Key" as a part of their name. ots.treas.gov No opinion about this. That a fact there Ron. But hope springs eternal doesn't it? Still figure they will have a bank application approved before they fall off the Pink Sheets in April next year? (Oooops, now that looks like an opinion based on the fact that approvals don't happen very fast with the OTS.)
