I got some mumbo jumbo to ask a dumbo question. non reporting company - I get from past posts that not only can Jensen do almost anything he wants to in the exploration/mining/extraction, but also in the management plus financial areas. Also, to add insult to injury with Jensen's no valid/truthful/obtainable communication, that we the shareholders cannot view the papers that describe this company since its non reporting and Jensen has not volunteered to place the information on the web site. ok, so with the focus on how many shares have been issued, and who has them, and special shares issues I'am clueless with, and then adding in Richard M.'s just posted insight and comment on Jensen not caring what the gpgi share value is..... Jensen needs $150,000 = 3 million gpgi at 5 cents so, can Jensen create out of thin air because this company is a non reporting one 3,000,000 gpgi shares and place them out there for anyone to buy, with the money going into Global for the plant money ? Let me assume yes, or that it can happen another loopie way. now if so and I was Jensen then I would tell my friends that here is a deal of a lifetime. But that Insider Telling and illegal. ok, so another way so that someone Jensen "prefers" to buy these at a nickel is told to buy them on the open market, and somehow Jensen is the seller of these millions and he always sells at a ask of 5 cents. now looks like illegal in Insider Info and Jensen preventing Global from getting more than a nickel, unless putting out 3 million would normally bring the price down ---- but maybe that did happen, from 1/8 to 1/16. so i really don't know where or what this means but but but if it is this then alls ok because no takeover thru bankruptcy of a biggie company and the new process plant is to happen soon and then that plus lots of good dirt and high platinum prices then Global will Happen Good but an extra 3 million is dilution but share price is giveaway price so average down is a no brainier or to average down, good money after bad, says you got no brain Back to Richard M. thoughts that Jensen don't care about share price. Jensen Rules Global = # 1 Jensen & Twiford already got a zillion shares gpgi going to the moon dilution for J & T no big deal especially if they are also averaging down - ho ho ho and can Jensen buy gpgi Jensen had Global issue new ? probably yes if on open market for all first come first serve ok, how close are we to 3 million count the sells or buys if another million to go, then good good so it will take another week oopssssss if a million volumn was each day then i guess my guess was wrong wait wait what if Jensen did put out 3 million shares For Sale and they have already been bought and it was to get Global to the Promised Landing a good "sign" but like we on this thread think it could be bad and some big and medium holders believe the worst and they are dumping and selling and puking a million each day and Jensen is buying them for them who are selling at 1/8 or 1/16 "to escape" before belly up its a sucker punch, double buy high and sell low of lows while Globe ready for take off to the moon if so then they will be pissed Big Time .... so much for no communication but if you no sell and even buy a gift thru the sucker punch to others from Jensen wild before doing the below, remove buggers from nose and comb your hair if you got any StockTalk: Gold Price Monitor From: Richnorth INCREDIBLE BETA CAMERA Hi all, This is absolutely incredible! Thor, remember they probably have to pay the MM a penny or so per share so we may have to move 3-4 MM shares before this is over. That assumes my theory correct. We should know this week, we should see the selling dry up. Only a fool would short at these prices, there's no point if there isn't a floorless and Global has enough cash to begin their own cash flow. If my last theory is correct, the stock weakness is actually strength for the company since it increase book value and potential, a good thing. If true, there should be a significant recovery in stock price as that understanding develops. If true, it would be useful for Jensen to confirm the selling in support of the company, I suspect that shareholders would help in that support, that's what shareholders do. He could whisper that knowledge to Bob. Too bad Jensen has a problem understanding that shareholders are his first priority, not the mine, not his shares, but shareholders.
