But if you do the numbers on NetZero statistical sign-up projections, well, er...maybe they've just signed on for a new math class somewhere.

Unfortunately for Netzero, sign-up numbers dont really matter. NetZero has NO CHURN. If you sign up, you will be listed as a sub. Who cancels a free service? However if the user doesnt use the service they are completely worthless to NetZero. NetZero needs to post two good numbers....average time spent on-line by users and average CPM for their ads.

Oh yeah, one more number the percentage of ads that are actually being paid for. It doenst do much good to give away your ad time, when it is your only revenue stream.

Partytime asked:

What do you think will be the results of NetZero's first national ad campaign?

Lemme guess... they will lose a bigger shit load of money than they expected if the campaign is successful... oh wait, they will go outta business sooner... this is a trick question right?
