Bullish Signal Reversal Question

On DWA JAKK is a Bullish Signal Reversal. I do not see how this is the same as pages 35 & 36 in the book. Could someone explain it?

Jan, do you believe that the Brokerage stocks often lead the market? If so BPWALL is now down to 16% even lower than last October. Wouldn't you expect this group to be among the first to turn? Any thoughts?

Yes I think there are better stocks to buy when NYSE BP turns. QCOM and JDSU are on fire.
