As my own grandfather told me when, on his deathbed, he sold me his watch, "There is no disaster so great that a profit can't be made."

If third and fourth quarter '99 sales are being postponed because of Y2K concerns, then first and second quarter '00 sales are going to be tremendous. Six months from now, the old highs will be wiped out.

He also told me "Buy IBM under $100" (for free).

I don't think IBM has ever been as high as $360, regardless of split adjustments. Where did you get that number?

JMHO.
