Interesting thought: If NITE's volume of the last two days (10/21 and 10/22) were taken as the norm, that would translate into a monthly pace of 4,408,834,000 shares. NITE hasn't processed 4,408,834 shares since May, when it did 4,672,652,000 shares, the second highest month of the year, and during the supposed internet trading "bubble." High Market Share Again! On 10/25, NITE pulled in a 16.74% NASD/OTC market share, its highest in quite some time. The next highest MM was MASH (Schwab), with a 10.1% share. It looks like OTC volume is picking up, as NITE's market share went up even with todays 150,000,000 share drop in NASD volume. NITE processed 187,252,000 shares on 10/25, above its moving average for October. Month to date through 10/25, NITE has handled 3,004,418,000 shares, which is 176,730,000/day, which translates to 3,711,339,000 for the month. In September, NITE handled 3,598,776,000 shares.
