El: The date/time stamp on the interview is 11 am EDT yesterday. Perhaps it helps explain yesterday's turn around from 19 1/2 about that time. I still cannot get it. I either get a freeze or a memory message. I dont have Real Player and I won't give up 5 MB of disk space to hear what Niles has to say. Did anyone hear it and can they put it in context? I notice that the interview title did not mention CPQ - but did mention INTC, DELL, GTW and HWP. Was disastrous referring to the 5 cents or something else?
