Sergio: Last fall there was a pretty good correlation with the quantity of New 13's and the state of the market... In the last month the 13's have been sparse while the market has been doing its imitation of the Bear... The continued overpowering of the New Highs by the New Lows tells me that the foot soldiers are not following the generals... finance.yahoo.com Usually when this happens we get a correction... Sometimes corrections turn into Bears... We need to get that last rate increase out of the way before the market can move up again again on a sustained basis... Jim
