Would you take a 25% increment to your holdings in exchange for a 1 year hold? I would not. I might do some portion of my holdings for upwards of a 35% discount.

Still, someone else might accept the deal. At 5 cents per share
$150,000 would require a private placement of 4 million shares and the sale into the market of 3 million free trading shares. Who holds that quantity of shares? Maybe it was the Belgians. I guess even if it was done at an average of 10 cents it would require several large holders to do it.

However, if you are right, based on the recent huge volume it is possible that he raised more than $150,000. If he is close to feeding his fill then the shares should bounce back soon. If they do it would confirm your thought.
