FWIW I now use bigcharts.com for charting. It has quite a few charting functions and eliminates the need and cost to download and edit historical quotes. I gave up on AIQ a long time ago because of difficulties with the accounting of my data source - Dial Data. It is not as sophisticated, as the packages you are looking at, but for basic TA I find it useful.

I have used both and currently use TEP from AIQ. Service is much better and it is a great product and good value for money.

Best used for eod trading, has lots of great reports and nice report writer. Also has very active user group on onelist.com
