Criminal activity? The only criminal activity I can see in all this mess is that if you are guilty of alleged "pump and dump" schemes, and that is what we are trying to figure out.. Some people on this board are convinced of that and are filing reports with the SEC.. I for one, just want to know the truth.. As far as being guilty of libel? That is a stretch, and it doesn't even fit the description.. As far as posting losses? Big deal!! I've publicly admitted when I've lost money and so have so many others.. Humilation? Who cares? I think you just wanted everyone to think you pick constant winners to back what could be a bogus track record.. I'm just trying to clear this matter up once and for all.. And if you are telling the truth, you should thank me for bringing that to light.. Dave
