. I started to get uncomfortable vibes there for a while all that talk of cattle>>>>>>

MUST READ
yes jenna it is true that at the age of 13 i was working for my dad ...we have a large family so i wanted to help since we didn't grow up with a silver spoon in our mouths....just a hard working middle class family.

now lets talk about what i did at 13....you see everytime you go out to that fancy dinner and have a nice thick juicy steak there is some poor working class person that has to work his ass off in one of the most dangerous jobs in the world to feed you that fine cut of meat.

now to this day i can still smell the death from the killing floor and i alos can remeber my last day working in a slaughter house....now keep in mind this started when i was only 13 years old....

now the process that EVEYONE should know so the next time you sit down to that nice juicy steak you won't forget how it go there.

first we drice the cattle up a shoot..one the first cow gets to the to we stick a stunner gun to the brain...you pull a lever and a 6 inch rod plunges in and out of the brain killing the animail...now keep in mind they don't die right away....ok now to the next step....the cow now falls to the floor and down a shoot...we now shackle the hind legs and raise the animal up in the air with the head hanging down....now we cut the throat and bleed the animail....so now it's still hangin upside now and on a motor rail system...it then goes to the next guy who cuts the head off...after that we split the animail down the middle and remove the guts and spleen..we then peel the whole hide off with these gint clamps that rip it of is seconds...(note: sometime the nerves are still alive so the cow is still moving even though the head is off)...now afte the hide and cuts are removed we spilt the cow in two and send it into the cooler to be but up later to be sent out to the markets....we also never let anything go to waste...we saved the blood for fertilizer....we save the hides...the brains guts and eys for dog food...now i know thta this may make some of you sick BUT JENNA had to point out that i worked in a slaughter house...but how the hell do you think your food gets on your table...this job is causing my father to die a very slow death...but he never missed on dayof work and always provided for his family....

now for my last thoughts of the cattle kill...my last day on the job (kind oa an ironic way to leave if you think about it)...i was standing at the top of the shoot while the cows were being driven up to be killied,,,now keep in mind they know what is about to happen to them before it does...they can here the cries and smell the death....but one cow and i have never seen this before and we killied 1000 head of cattle a day 7 days a week...but this one cow coming up the shoot had tears in it's eyes.

enjoy your next steak!
