bet that decision comes this friday. judge said it would come on a friday. would expect (all other things equal)
stock price to go down just before "verdict" as nervous
nellies sell off. if decision doesn't come soon then softee suffers due to this nervousness every friday.

anyway, what else could explain the oddball statement that "decision will come on a friday"?

also--does a positive decision for msft mean a negative for aol or sunw or some other whiner? answer is no since things go on swimmingly for these companies --in other words, the allegations made against softee on behalf of these firms are a joke. c'mon judge, wake up to the changing landscape.
