Ron, You should change your username to Deathwish. If you had done the serious DD you claim you have, you wouldn't touch this stock. I think you jumped on the buyout rumor with both feet in the high .30's. Now you're down 40% and trying to hype your way out of it. John Lacelle is one of the smartest biotech investors on SI. Your attack on him proves your lack of DD and your ignorance. But hey... Tomorrow's another "buying opportunity" Jump right in.

Ron, If I could try to make money off this company, I would, but its tough to "short" anything on the OTC without the help of a penny-stock brokerage and those houses are more interested in selling shares than shorting them. Anyway, granted you could be right. This company could be a turnaround but then, I bought it a week before the last management turnover back in '96. All I can say is good luck. You have been warned by us, you got nobody but yourself to blame if you get worked by this issue. -John
