I think the keys are the NDX & BKX here for the next few days. Look at the BKX key reversal too :-)....and GE too <smirk....>

Chip,

Often with this pattern, when it occurs after a lengthy uptrend without a pullback, as GE has... Is known as a "Bearish Last Engulfing Pattern", with bearish implications . Confirmation would be if it trades deeper than 50% into the body of the weekly candle, and a target for the decline would be 2X the length of this last rally.

It looks like a breakout, but there's overhead resistance right there.....
